We r just coming back from our trip. When we reach in our room we saw one bug then we open the fridge cabinet for juice bacause I was travelling with my two kids we saw bugs crawling around. We call the room service and tell them about bugs they said we can do a bug spray there I got surprised I ask them that we can stay in the room with bug spray they said yes . Then we went to the check in counter and tell them they suggest to go to the public relations department. We went there and show them the pictures of bugs and videos we take and ask for room change they said we will see if we can . We reach moon palace around 5’o clock in the evening and after all this they call us around 9:30 that we got another room for you so then around 10 pm we change our room. So first day experience was so terrible that so many bugs on the floor and my kids got so scared and the surprising thing is that it’s in the moon palace for which you see five star reviews by people. Our first day got spoiled because of bugs and this horrible experience. If I wouldn’t I have taken pictures or videos they wouldn’t change our room.

My property was stolen during the spa. I reached out to public relation and they were very rude and unprofessional. They didn’t properly help me resolve this issue. We involved Secuirty and they also were unable to resolve this issue. They kept denying that the property was stolen from their staff. We asked for some sort of credit or money back for the spa and we were told firmly not allowed. This was the worst experience I ever had at a resort. The entire team and staff were unprofessional about this matter.

We had our transportation booked through Moon Palace, unfortunately we were dropped off at the wrong location (The Grand) and our stay was at Sunrise, easily redirected by staff to the lobby lobby bus to take us to Sunrise. Check in took a little longer than expected but there was a long line up. The resort was absolutely beautiful and we were just in time to hit up the lunch buffet as we had to wait til check in time for our room to be ready. The food was AMAZING the entire stay, like 20/10 between Sunrise and Nizu, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The room was gorgeous, bed was so comfortable I wanted to pack it in my duffle bag. the views from our 3rd floor room were spectacular. Jess that does the activities with guest did such an amazing job, she literally made us workout and have fun the whole day!! We loved her !! The resort had so much to offer to keep you busy, I can honestly go on and on about how amazing Moon Palace is, I’d rebook in a heartbeat. Best resort I’ve stayed at

Room falling a part ; toilet tissue holder broke and leave on the floor, thermostat panel not working, Jacuzzi in the room not working , shampoo broken, towels not enough, elevator not working, this resort people here bothered you to want you buy their membership…. Not pleasant at all

Overall, our family had a great time at the resort and will be back to this or another of their properties. Most dinner restaurants were great, plenty for everyone in the family to do, and liked the evening shows.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Moon Palace Resort, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! This luxurious all-inclusive resort is perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The resort boasts an impressive array of amenities, including 7 outdoor pools, a water park with a giant waterslide, and a FlowRider. The beach is stunning, with white sand and crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming, kayaking, or simply soaking up the sun. The rooms are spacious and comfortable The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who cater to your every need. Dining is a highlight, with 16 restaurants and 11 bars serving a variety of cuisines, from Mexican to Brazilian to Asian. The buffet options are impressive, and the a la carte restaurants offer a more intimate Overall, I highly recommend the Moon Palace Resort for an unforgettable vacation experience.
