The staff was amazing, friendly and so welcoming. It was our first time in Mexico and we will be back for sure. Javier is amazing waiter and you will be well well treated if you have to opportunity to get served by him. The ladies at the front are so helpful, their customer service is remarkable. And everyone smile and great English is amazing! Thank you all!!

Just OK. Food was not good, and cold most of the time. But the beach was great. We stayed at a neighboring hotel on the same trip, and the difference was simply too stark. The other hotel gets 5 stars.

The first time, I was bringing my husband for a long overdue vacation. The resort was excellent. The only thing I did not care for was the evening show. Not my cup of tea. Maybe gear it toward the Caribbean or an even more traditional Mayan theme, in my opinion.

Friendly staff and well organized events.Verity of food and drinks provided. You wont go wrong with this property reservation. Actually you don't have to go on events outside the resort. They keep people entertained. If you are looking to relax on the beach they have areas provided for that with grads on the beach. If you stay on the pool, staff will come to you and ask if they can get you food and drinks. Get the all inclusive and you will be satisfied. Open bar inside the pool and lobby. Plus food is served either on the beach through a snack bar with fresh cooked food. Or you can enjoy eating in restaurants inside the hotel or on the beach. There 4 restaurants that will require reservations and if you have an event, they will make it special ! They also provide towels for the beach and the pool.
