The property was beautiful, and we had a great time but we could have done without the concierge who's sole purpose was to get me to attend a time share and when I chose not to applied pressure like a car salesman. As for the dining options, they were pretty good but once on property, I was informed that getting into one of the places for dinner Club Bistro, was not possible unless I'm an owner.

This property was average. I would not stay here again. Food was not good, it was hard or without flavor. Drinks were watered down. I got the all inclusive and was told several times that some items were not included in the all inclusive. Employees had terrible attitudes, only 1 employee was very polite and helpful, shout out to nacho who helped us book an activity and find our way around the hotel because front desk did not even do that.

The rooms are great 👍 spacious suites, we stayed in a villa with two bedrooms. Great for families ! Quite and enjoyable not too busy. This property is a time share so it's not like other resorts. Food options are limited, there isn't nightly entertainment like other places in Cancun, not much for organize kids activities unless u leave them in the kids zone. Resort is kind of dead after dinner. There was a little market in the hotel where you can get groceries and supplies if you needd, overpriced of course....the food was mediocre. There is a luxury shopping mall next door with a supermarket as well. Overall we would go back just because of the room sizes you can get, we have small children so it worked out well for us.

The restaurant staff need to explain themselves more, we pay for our drinks at the restaurant not knowing it was going to be charged once check out so we double payed. Overall it was a good hotel.

I love this property. The team is so friendly and kind. The ocean view rooms are amazing. The balconies are large and have space for eating and relaxing in the sun in the early morning. The on site restaurants are all great. Good proximity to outside dining.
