"From check-in through check-out, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and demonstrated what great customer service is all about.
M at the front desk - she was extremely pleasant in spite of the number of people checking in. She was giving individual attention, and didn’t seem like she was rushing things along. As the first point of contact for my stay, this set the tone for my stay.
J E and J R - J E kept an eye on the breakfast food, and was quick to call for replacements when needed. There was very little wait for this. I’ve stayed at other hotels where they seem indifferent when things run out and take their time refilling things, but not J E. Assisting him was J R, who made sure that tables were cleared off when vacated, and greeting the guests. He was attentive to all. With J R and J E working on that, it made all the difference.
T at the front desk - Once again, he came through for me with a late checkout. While I was thinking of just an hour more (because of a Zoom meeting), he offered until 1 so I didn’t feel rushed after the meeting. While this may seem like a little thing, for me it made a difference, and I appreciate it.
Housekeeping was responsive when additional towels were requested, and the room was well maintained.
I’ve stayed at numerous hotels. What I’ve come to realize is that it is the staff that really makes the experience special, and the team at the hotel was outstanding. I look forward to my next stay there."
