This newly upgraded Vegas home features seven rooms with a total of 12 beds! Two Master Bedrooms with one steam shower.

There are several shopping centers with restaurants, banks and groceries less than 5-minutes from the home to fulfill all of your shopping needs.

The backyard also features an extremely large BBQ area and bar. Which also includes chipping and putting green for all you golfers.

The kitchen is immaculate and offers stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, double oven, toaster, and a four-burner cook top, which prove essential for preparing group breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Perfect house for sleeping, outdoor activities, and pool

I had the trip of a lifetime and this VRBO booking was the center of it. I had friends from high school, college, graduate school all come out to meet each other and go out in Vegas to celebrate my upcoming nuptials. It allowed for everyone to have privacy and their own space but then plenty of indoor and outdoor hang out locations to congregate and listen to music, have beverages, and food. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and really brought everyone together. So many people were impressed with my find with this booking. It is so close to the strip, arts district and Fremont street
really had easy access to everything. Would love to come back and stay here again with family sometime!

I needed separate bedrooms and bathrooms for my friends visit to LV. This house has beautiful bathrooms and a great kitchen that is open to the living room. It met our needs perfectly.

Fit the bill for a family reunion

We stayed at the “Martin and Lewis” house for a family reunion. The house has an eclectic Vegas decor, which we enjoyed. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and clean. Beds were comfy. Everything was well stocked. The outdoor area was bigger than expected and we had plenty of space for hanging out. Easy location. Does the pool table slant a bit? Yes. Is there a tiger mural? Yes. Was it fun? Yes.

House does NOT match listing.

Hot water heater broke had to call and request repairs. Electrical around the house is poor quality and presents fire hazards. AC is not enough to cool the house most rooms had to have fans and either portable AC units or low quality window units. Most light fixtures in house only had 1 working bulb. Photos in the VRBO Listing do NOT match the actual house or quality of the house. Most of this house is DIY projects or repairs. For the purpose of this listing it is NOT worth what they are charging.

A weekend to remember!

We were a large group of 20 and last minute one of my family members had to bring over her toddler. The owner was great in being flexible about having her over. Had great communication with him during the weekend and we were in awe when he did a walk around on the property. It is truly stunning! We made use of the pool and jacuzzi everyday. There was more than enough beds and blankets for everyone. Pillows were fluffy and nice. Do truly recommend to stay in this place.

Oasis off the strip

Our group of 9 enjoyed our long weekend stay. Check-in was easy, and we had all that we needed. FYI—I suggest confirming the location of the property prior to booking. When we chose this property, we were focusing on the location as it was identified on the map and its proximity to public transportation. However, the property is actually located closer to downtown and near the Stratosphere. We were very happy with the house, responsiveness of the property manager, and all the amenities. Would definitely stay again!

The Nightmare

This property looks just like the pictures let me start off with that. The owner was there for check in and asked that if any asked us about staying there that we were cousins from out of town which leads me to believe its not permitted. During the check in he lingered around and said he was staying in the attached home next door. he shows us the united attached which was supposed to be rented by another guest in following days and the connecting door was to be closed and locked during stay. Random people associated with the owner were randomly walking around our property by coming through this connected door at all times of day and night. At one point we say a lady come across around 10pm saying she was looking for paint. Sunday Morning there was a guy looking in the back door when were getting up and still getting dressed. These action happened MULTIPLE times. Sometimes the owner/host would text me and say someone was headed over there or just already at the house for one thing or another. I know it almost never rains in Vegas but this time it did and the rain literally came through the roof in almost every room. two rooms the beds got soaked and we had to consolidate our guest to shared beds due to rain. it wasn't small drips of water it was pours of water. I really wanted to love this place and although the owner was nice this was by far the worst place I've ever rented. Also I have NEVER on any short term rental platform left a review less than 5 stars.
