I was so disappointed in this property we really wanted to love it based on the reviews but maybe we were just unlucky we got a room with a damaged wall that I didn’t notice at first until a piece of the wall struck my 2 year old while she was watching out the window. Also the staff was not very helpful, we asked if there was a business center and we were told no later on to find there was one. Besides the location we really didn’t enjoy our stay. The beds were uncomfortable, housekeeping skipped our room on the first day. It was one thing after another. We stayed at another property next door last year and had an amazing experience we were hoping this one would be the same but finding a good stay is half of the stay in NYC. We definitely won’t be back to this property.

The room the first night did not have heat, the bathroom light didn’t work well, and the tv was messed up. We were able to switch to a different room for the second night that was much better. Would prefer a refund for the first night though as the room was horrible. Thank you!

This hotel is in a wonderful location, especially around Christmas. Macy’s is nearby, and the Empire State Building was just outside our window on the 17th floor. We had a short stay and didn’t use many of the amenities, but we were pleased with the hotel and the cost.

Everything you need in NYC hotel. Location superb. Staff helpful, room clean and handy luggage storage for pre- or post-stay. Fantastic views of The Empire State Building from room 16.06- reminds you how close you are to everything and why NYC is soooo special- especially at Christmas. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
