Great location. Staff was really nice and helpful. The entire hotel felt a little dirty, grimy like it needs new carpet, paint etc and it smelled weird - dirty smelling with strong air fresheners to cover it up.

Overall had a good stay at this hotel. Customer service was great, close to transit and dining options and quiet compared to other areas of NY . Only comment would be the shower water temperature was not consistent and the handle of the shower was loose.
