Very friendly front desk staff and a fine room with comfortable beds. Tea and coffee downstairs. All NYC hotels tend to have small rooms and are expensive for what you get - it is what it is. This one is close to attractions of Lower East Side like Chinatown, Little Italy, and the Tenement Museum. Or head over the bridge to Brooklyn.

Our two double bed room was very clean. The beds were comfy. A Burger King is across the street. A McDonald's is one block away. Staff was courteous. And the subway is one block away.

Nice staff. Good location but the noise level from the traffic outside kept me awake even with ear plugs. I love that it was clesn but the cleaning smell in the lobby gives you headaches its so strong.

Staff (Diamond) was so nice and helpful throughout our stay. Room is good size for NYC. It's right next to subway so it's convenient. Neighborhood is little bit rough but overall it was nice stay.
