Lighting is very poor. Desk lamp did not work. Doubt it would have made a difference. Told at arrival (430PM) room was not ready despite check in being 300 PM. I was told it was due to a very full hotel previous day. Not my problem. Fortunately the other employee at the desk put us in a clean, ready room. Would not recommend

Awesome location & staff. Wish we enjoyed the room more - lighting was harsh, bathroom door was super heavy and couldn’t prop open. Wish it was a better layout overall and better mirrors.

The first floor of the property is immaculate and inviting. The room on the other hand needs some work. My room was very dark, so the non working lamp next to the window did not help. The pull down window screen would not retract up which led to the room being even darker. Also, the window curtains were too large for the window, so opening them up left so much fabric on both sides that the opening to the window was only 4 feet wide. The plugs by the bed needed to be adjusted as plugging in a phone charger would fall out of the plug. The floor under the beds need a good cleaning. There was a thick layer of dust that probably hasn’t been addressed in quite some time. The shower head needs to be replaced, as I welcome a nice rain shower, this shower head sent so much water that it was flooding into the bathroom. I had to tuck 2 bathroom rugs next to the shower to keep the floor from flooding. The last note would be that with a family of 4, the cleaning crew only provided us with 3 towels. I had to call the front desk every night to have a 4th towel brought up to us. The location of the hotel was great, but the room itself was lacking.

The room was TINY and dark. I could barely move around the room bc the bed took up the whole room. I had to use my phone light to see my clothes, etc. My comforter smelled like fried food. I paid A LOT of money to stay here and I was very disappointed.

Beautiful location with many restaurants and attractions nearby. Check-in process was seamless and room was spotless, shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Another stand out was the free bag check at checkout so we could see the city before heading back home. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and everything you might need. The hotel was clean and overall comfortable. However, the room felt too dark and could really benefit from better lighting. There were also no full-length mirrors, only a small bathroom mirror, which made it difficult to get ready and check full outfits. Overall, a good stay, but improving the room’s illumination and adding proper mirrors would make the experience much better.

Hotel not bad but lacking lots of things to help make the stay comfortable! No glass/ceramic in room, no help with luggage and manual front door so tricky on arrival. No lounge, although seperate Roof Top bar which is open from 5pm most days (not all), lots of scratches and knicks in room, no loo brush, had to ask for housekeeping??? Noisy air conditioning. On a plus, bed was comfy and good location. We wouldn’t stay again as think similar priced, smarter looking, hotels nearby!
