The staff were very kind, and responsive when we had issues or requests. The building is dated; there was some damage to almost every aspect of the room. The water pressure and temperature was nonexistent during peak times and the water completely shut off at multiple points during a normal 9AM shower. The room was drafty; we had the heat at 78 degrees when it was 20 outside, and the room was still colder than the hallway. The continental breakfast is tiny, and there are no tables or seats; it is all take away. The location was amazong, the price was fine, and the staff were wonderful, but you get what you pay for being a block off Times Square.

Room was great, clean and spacious.The grab and go breakfast was good. What stood out the most was Hector at the front desk. He was always polite, confident that we’ll enjoy our stay and assisted whenever we had a question or a request. He deserves a promotion and a raise of pay. We will stay at this location again

everything was good! location! room service, cleanness, staff, everything! I have 2 recommendation: add a firm pillow for each bed, both pillows were super soft and had no neck support! also the shower was extremely small, I wish they had used the space from the bath and added to the shower!

Overall had a good stay, rooms was clean upon check in, good size , it was 2 of us. With Queen bed and seperate sofa for add'l seating. Location: Amazing, 1 min walk to time square, walkable to Rockerfellar, 5th Avenue shopping, Bryant Park, and Broadway shows and about a 15 min walk to Penn Station and Madison Square Gardens Dining: lots of options around the hotel from fast food late night options, food trucks to sit down restaurants and bars. Hotel is located above the Hudson theater. Staff: Overall polite and welcoming Here were my issues 1. No fridge in room, you can request at front desk, which we knew before checking in. We requested upon check in and they never arrived. Followed up that evening and the check in person didnt put the request in. Came later that night 2. We stayed Sun - Wed in Dec 19 -23, housekeeping would come first thing in the morning when we were sleeping, we had to put do not disturb sign on which we would take down by 10am each day, however housekeeping would not return later in day. Odd , not sure why housekeeping would come so early when people are sleeping to do housekeeping. Usually the come thruout the day. Anyhow room wasnt cleaned for the entire stay. We requested housekeeping on Tues and front desk made a call , but nobody came. I gave the feedback on my checkout date Wed , they were kind enough to discount the room. The followups with front desk never materalized , as a guest we shouldnt have to followup over and over.

Front desk staff was great—house keeping not so good —-1st day room was not cleaned after we got back —we had to tell them-then they did it —2nd day room again was not cleaned—when we told them they said bcuz of weather we couldn’t clean it—-don’t understand what the weather has to do with it—3rd day it was cleaned but floors in the bathroom was Not! When we asked for a late check out —front desk gave us an hour extra—manager of housekeeping came and knocked at 11:30 —and we told her but she said we’ll make sure u do leave at 12 sharp—that was rude

Room was very worn Sheer Draperies were hanging off the rods in places and the carpets badly stained. The bed was comfortable and clean. We were grateful for that. I had hoped for a renovated room where wallpaper was not peeling. Oh well

Great location in the heart of Times Square. Close to anything that you may need including restaurants, shopping, Metro, and Theatre District. Nice boutique hotel with great staff and service and nice amenities. Definitely a place to consider for a trip to NYC.
