Comfortable stay at a good price

Had a great 2 night stay at this location. All good, staff friendly, unit was clean and comfortable. Located next to St. Laurent shopping center so access to anything you might need is just a short walk away. Also located just off of the 417 so easy to get anywhere by car. Also located to the nearby Ottawa LRT station.

Good day I stayed at the Inn recently around August 5th to 7th. The place was Average in my opinion. Nothing to shout about. After all its an in. The place was clean the staff were good. Some thingsto note: you are charged a $100 security fee to be refunded after you leave the place. Providing that you did no damage to their property. Also there is no kettle or kitchenette in your room. Hence breakfast included. The breakfast was reasonable. I was informed that the security fee will be refunded in about 2 days. Hopefully I will receit today

Not as advertised.

It was tricky finding the entrance. Once there, there were very few parking spaces. One had another car parked at an angle and encroaching on one of the few available spaces. I did park there and then we noticed the car was filled with belongings up to the ceiling and including both passenger and driver's sides. It gave the look of a hotel that was on the edge of homeless occupants (like during covid) We were scared going into the hotel. Once inside the desk clerk was pleasant. I booked the hotel several days before and the amount I thought I booked including breakfast was almost $30 more than I was quoted. After 13 hours driving, I was tired and didn't want to make a fuss. I will not be using this inn ever again and will make sure other people are aware of the situation.

Good Place to Stop with your Pals or Work

Stopped by after a big day of motorcycling before heading home, Place was perfect for us guys, lots of workers here but place is quiet, we slept well. Also seems to have many Restaurants in the area but must drive there.

Even though our room wasn't ready,the man at the front desk able to get us,a room on tbe 1st floor as my friend has a bad hip and wouldn't have been able to walk up the stairs. It was greatly appreciated that he went the extra mile for us. Breakfast was great also.

I liked the location and friendly staff. The room was clean, but missing liquid hand soap and body wash soap would be nice. I liked the breakfast and beds were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

I liked very much a Female Staff member helping on how to use the waffle making machine. She did with a great Attitude and the Warmest Smile ever! I particularly appreciated Her Willingness to assist Me as a Guest there. I let Her know of My Satisfaction with Her help, even though it would be considered part of Her daily assignment. But wouldn't it be quite lovely if Employees of firms just carry on with their jobs with great and Positive Attitudes? My one suggestion to the Management of Hotel Comfort Inns in Ottawa, and nationwide or International, to always remind your Staff Force to be particularly mindful, while carrying out their daily function(s), to always do it with a Positive Attitude, because in this case; 'you never know who's watching them'. I will certainly be considering staying there or at any other location in the future. And will happily suggest to others to try it our too! My Best regards to All, Satisfied Guest!
