Points forts : Propreté
Logement assez exceptionnel par sa qualité : disposition et superficie des piÚces, balcon, ameublement, électroménager, vaisselle et ustensiles... il ne manque rien et tout est en parfait état. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et savions que nous pouvions compter sur notre hÎte en cas de besoin. De plus nous avons disposé d'une place de parking ce qui est trÚs appréciable à Levallois. Tout cela a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Merci

Appartement trÚs bien situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est trÚs bien situé. La gare est toute proche et on peut se restaurer trÚs facilement. Il est fonctionnel, grand et agréable. Le quartier est calme. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis et gardons un bon souvenir de notre séjour à Paris !

Un appartement vraiment trĂšs sympa

Nous avons trouvé cet appartement par internet et vraiment, nous n'avons pas été déçus. Il est fidÚle aux photos, trÚs bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel. La proximité de la gare est hyper pratique pour se rendre à la gare St Lazare en 10mn par le rer. Le centre Leclerc à 5 mn à pieds est trÚs facile à trouver et bien utile. Nous avons garé la voiture en sous sol et elle n'a pas bougé de la semaine, nous avons tout visité avec le pass navigo de la ratp. Merci à Mme RAGOT pour sa disponibilité et à son fils qui nous a trÚs bien accueilli. Si je devais mettre un petit bémol, c'est qu'on entend malgré l'isolation les trains qui arrivent en gare tÎt le matin, mais c'est aussi parce que nous sommes habitués à nous réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux! rien de bien méchant, nous gardons un souvenir trÚs positif de notre séjour et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Paris, appartement idéalement situé pour sa proximité des réseaux ferroviaires. L'accueil a été chaleureux lors de notre arrivée, appartement trÚs propre et confortable, l'on s'y sent comme chez soi: rien ne manque! Toute notre famille a apprécié, encore bravo,endroit à recommander et à retenir. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir à l'occasion.

superbe appartement parfait pour séjour familial

Encore mieux que nous le pensions, cet appartement nous a vraiment sĂ©duit. Ameublement moderne et confortable, excellente literie et Ă©quipement vraiment complet, le tout extrĂȘmement propre, ont permis des vacances formidables. Transports trĂšs proches mettant le centre de Paris Ă  quelques minutes, permettent de laisser la voiture dans le parking de la rĂ©sidence. Commerces Ă  2 pas, environnement plaisant, avec un joli jardin en face et un charmant marchĂ© Ă  200m. Accueil trĂšs attentif et sympathique, nous y reviendrons certainement pour tous ses avantages

location de grande qualité et bien située

Nous venons de sĂ©journer 1 semaine dans ce superbe appartement et nous n'avons que des compliments Ă  en faire. Sa situation est parfaite pour visiter Paris par les transports publics et surtout il offre un confort rare et une dĂ©coration soignĂ©e, pour une location de vacances. Tout est prĂ©vu pour une famille, les piĂšces sont grandes et tout est neuf, il y a mĂȘme un sĂšche linge. Je le recommande aux personnes recherchant la qualitĂ©. TrĂšs bon accueil de la part de la responsable, tous commerces dont un Leclerc Ă  proximitĂ©

This place was well maintained and clean. Very close to cafes, bakeries, groceries, and train station. The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. The only negative is wish they would take payment through VRBO in order for me to use my credit card. PayPal cost me more and bank transfer is not easily done on my end. Clean and I’m a great area

They are a lot of eateries nearby as well as a large mall. All within 2 miles of this apartment. There is also a train right behind the apartment which made it easy to travel in and out of town. This apartment was perfect for me and my family and has great WiFi. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

The stay was pleasant, the apartment comfortable and very clean. It is close to the station of Clichy, which makes it very comfortable to travel, but at the same time, not pleasant to rest, because the noise of the convoys is constant, especially in the room next to the line. Tolle Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht

Wir haben die Wohnung zu viert und mit einem Kleinkind bewohnt und waren sehr zufrieden! Es war gemĂŒtlich und sauber, die Einrichtung neu und schön. Der Hauswart und seine Frau waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie sprachen allerdings kaum Englisch (was uns nicht störte). Die ZĂŒge sind natĂŒrlich laut, aber zur Straße hin ist es leiser, und nachts fuhren sie ein paar Stunden lang nicht. Die Anbindung ist super, man braucht jedoch ein extra Ticket (oder Zeitkarten fĂŒr alle Verkehrsmittel). Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Nice apartment

The apartment is spacious enough for four adults. Balcony is a big plus. The location is good, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Ms. Piño, the apartment manager, is very friendly and helpful. Only thing is the railway behind the apartment - it is noisy sometimes particularly if the weather is hot and you want to leave the window open to sleep.

Home away from home!

My mom and I were traveling to Paris for 10 days and it was super important to us to rent an apartment in a French speaking neighborhood and to live like a local. This apartment was fantastic. We could hardly go a day without telling each other how much we loved the location and the apartment itself. It took us 10 minutes to get to the Saint Lazare train station in Paris by taking the train located directly behind our apartment. Make sure to buy a book of tickets for the train, as it will make it a little bit cheaper to travel. Everything inside the apartment was in pristine condition - the furniture, floors, kitchen appliances, shower, kitchen utensils, windows, washer/dryer, etc. We only have a few concerns to share regarding our stay. We had a window of two hours to meet Madame (who lives next door) so she could give us the keys. When we arrived it was only a coincidence that she was waiting in the lobby of her building and came out to find us because I could not find her name on the building to ring her. As we had read another review regarding this same concern, we were grateful she found us. Also, we chose to take the metro and the bus to the apartment from Gare du Nord station. Take line 3 to Anatole France station and then the bus to the Clichy Levallois station and you can walk from there. The cost for the metro and bus is 3.60 Euros per person. The taxi wanted to charge us 120 Euros to get to the apartment. Finally, the description says the apartment has air conditioning and ceiling fans and in fact it has neither. The temperature was getting into the 90's when we traveled in June and Madame brought over two portable fans for us. Overall we would love to return to the apartment in a heartbeat. We absolutely loved eating at the kitchen counter, and buying food from the local markets. We found English television stations that we barely watched, so instead reclined on the beautiful leather chairs and read our books. The kitchen was so well stocked we could have prepared any sort of gourmet meal and then enjoyed it on the balcony overlooking the park. The sound of the train behind the apartment did not bother us a bit, and in fact we loved the convenience of getting into the city. The locals were friendly and helpful and we were happy to use our very limited French in the shops and restaurants. The apartment is definitely a place the owner is extremely proud of and takes great pride in taking care of it to the highest of standards.

Comfortable, Clean & Well Stocked

Paris was our third stop on our European vacation. We had agreed to meet he manager at 6:00pm she wasn't waiting for us and we had no key to the apartment or a phone that we could call. We finally saw a lady come out of the building (she spoke English) and we asked her to make some calls for us - she was able to reach the French speaking manager's husband who could not converse with us but tried very hard and the "very nice lady" off the street interpreted for us. We eventually got into the apartment the manager didn't speak English so she had to get the owner's son to come and walk us through the apartment. After a rocky start we settled right in. The train runs right behind the apartment and we really didn't get used to the noise. BUT, the apartment was great, very well stocked, very clean and aside from the train in our backyard it was so handy to get to the metro station and travel where ever we wanted. It was great, just bring ear plugs because truly the location was great with close access to restaurants and the grocery store was about a 15 minute walk to the large one and 5 minutes to the convenient store. It was great to have an elevator for our large heavy luggage. We would definitely rent this apartment again and recommend to others!

Perfect for 4 people!

As two mothers and daughters travelling together we were very pleased to find this lovely apartment that has two REAL bedrooms (not one bedroom and a pull out in the living room) with two twin beds in each room. It took us a day or so to acclimate to the various transit systems so for future travelers...there is a train station about 2 minutes walk from the apartment, but it is the Transilien line "L" which is not part of ordinary metro. We recommend buying a daily mobilis pass (or weekly if you are there Monday-Friday) for unlimited trips for that day. Mme. Ragot was very responsive to our questions, and the on-site manager Mme. Pinto was very nice and accommodating. The apartment itself is lovely, very clean and very modern. We would definitely stay again.
