Large 3 story home with charming Mexican decor, private pool & garden

Spacious 3-story home, fully airconditioned, is only 2 blocks from the beach and a 10-minute walk to the town square. Charming Mexican décor, lovely private pool, and garden. The first floor is a spacious open great room with a large well-equipped kitchen, dining area for 8, living room with a flat-screen TV/DVD, free Wi-Fi, and lots of amenities. The third floor is a master suite with big sliding doors out to balconies on both sides and lets in a lovely cross breeze. It also has a huge walk-in shower in the private bath. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, One with a private bath, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

The secluded garden and pool area is the perfect relaxing, gathering place. A large table with 5 chairs and 3 loungers for your comfort. The roof has a seating area where you can take in a beautiful view of the ocean or a stunning sunset over the lush mangrove looking west. Our English-speaking manager can help you have the perfect vacation. We can also help arrange individualized tours and excursions.

The host kept very prompt contact with us during our week. Wonderful house, very well equipped! Thick large beach towels, a bonus.. Well landscaped very peaceful in yard.. Top deck has a surprise, you can see the ocean . A must stay with this Abbey del Sol..

Fabulously decorated space inside and out. The private pool was clean and a highlight of our stay. The kitchen included water, some ground coffee, and all of the equipment we needed. The host responded to questions quickly and thoughtfully. We booked Airport transfers, private chef and smirking snorkeling through the host. AC worked well in the downstairs and sleeping rooms. We were delighted with our stay and would go back.

Wonderful property - the photos don’t do it justice. It’s very very lovely. Loved our stay, plenty of room for us all to spread out. Very good location. There was some building work taking place opposite but that wasn’t fault of property. Walking distance to town square which is very pretty, good restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Amazing house

Everything was as advertised.Beautiful home with all that you could want.The pool was great to enjoy after a day at the beach.The lovely beach was a few minutes walk away.The bikes were handy to have.The beds were comfortable.We were close to everything.

The perfect property!

We were excited about staying at Abbey del Sol from the moment we booked it, and when we arrived, it was even more charming than the online listing. Spotlessly clean, the AC worked well (we needed it!), with a beautiful pool, large bedrooms, relaxing gathering areas and plenty of bathrooms. We traveled to Puerto Morales for a family member's wedding. Our group was three generations: my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandsons ages 11 & 13. The boys (young & older) spent hours in the pool, and when we weren't exploring the cute shops and local restaurants (all within a few minutes walk), they were at the beach, only 2 blocks away. The rooftop patio had a beautiful view of the neigborhood and the water, and lots of balconies on each level to enjoy the out of doors. The management was very responsive and booked airport transportation for us and to several other venues. Be assured, if you book this property, you will not be disappointed!

Fabulous house, above & beyond rental company

Beautiful home and outdoor patio/pool with plenty of space for extended family. Grandparents thoroughly enjoyed the third floor where they could escape the noise and chaos of our young children. Perfect location - less than 5 minute stroll to the beach, 1/2 mile to the town square - close enough to walk anywhere you want to be, but far enough from the noise and bustle of the town. Puerto Morelos is a fabulous place to visit if you're traveling with young children! Abby del Sol rental company is truly the best - so helpful and prompt with questions, coordinating taxis, recommendations for restaurants and activities. You may want to pack an eye mask as some of the rooms have thin curtains and the lights around the house at night are bright. Beds are quite comfortable, kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking. Couldn't imagine any place better.

Wonderful stay!

The house was perfectly located on a quiet street on the beach side of Puerto Morelos. Close to shopping, beach clubs, restaurants and groceries. Beautiful house! AC worked great, very hot water, good water pressure, clean and stocked with everything a house shoud have and more. The pool was another highlight of the house!! Management was helpful and communication was great! I plan to come back next year!!

Amazing Home in Puerto Morelos

This house exceeded our expectations. Kitchen fully stocked with all appliances and cookware you will need. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of linens including beach towels. Loved the bikes to get around town and the beach chairs and beach umbrella were well used while we enjoyed the beach, just a short 5 minutes away. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool and playing cards on the patio. Don't forget to enjoy watching stars from the rooftop deck - very pleasant. The town of Puerto Morelos was an unexpected treasure. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly. We ate at several restaurants. You must try the fist tacos or fajitas at El Pirata and say hi to Carla. Breakfast and dinner at La Choza was excellent. The crew at Wet Set Diving were very helpful and accommodating. We booked all of our excursions through Eduordo at the tour company in the northeast corner of the plaza. The Chedraui grocery store is well stocked for cooking at home. Hopefully this is our first of several vacations to this lovely town!

Comfortable home with impeccable service!

We absolutely loved our stay! Puerto Morelos is a wonderful little town with the nicest people. The house was stocked with everything we needed including bikes to ride around town. The rooftop and pool areas were amazing outdoor hang zones. The beds and linens were comfortable. Our host, Jin went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable - including scheduling our Covid tests and picking up a birthday cake for my friend! We will defintely be back!

Amazing house and location

This Abbey del Sol house is absolutely amazing. 3 floors of luxurious bedrooms and living space, lovely rooftop deck for dinners or evening drinks, and a pool with both sun & shade to keep everyone happy during the heat of the day. Can't wait to stay again!

Beautiful property. Perfect for our friends group. Lots of restrooms. Very clean, safe and made us feel like it was our hime in Mexico. Convenient location. Bikes were awesome!!!! Wonderful property!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Mulder! The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were SUPER comfortable - so important in my opinion â˜ș The management company was great to work with - answered all emails and questions in a very timely manner. I called and asked for extra towels - they were at our door within 10 min. I couldn't get the safe open - they were there with the key to open it within minutes! Amazing customer service from everyone at Abbey Del Sol. WITHOUT A DOUBT, We would absolutely stay here again!!
