"Pool water was very cloudy and dirty. The private beach area they have on site smelled very bad and there was a lot of seaweed floating around. The food options at their buffet's were horrible. Me and the group I went with ultimately got food poisoning or some type of virus from the property and symptoms started after 6 days we had been there, on our flight back home. I would not recommend or return to this property again."

"The shuttle service was excellent. Lots of food options, just make reservations early. The property was huge with lots of amenities. Best restaurant was La Boheme and Cappricunio. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Make sure you keep American dollars on you to tip and pay. Also don't go shopping in Playa del Carmen because it's so expensive, especially if you a tourist!!! Stay on the resort and bring everything you need."

"We had such a beautiful and memorable stay at this hotel. The architecture and atmosphere were so breathtaking that it truly felt like being in another world The service was exceptional — every staff member was kind, welcoming, and professional. The food was amazing with many delicious options every day. One of the most special parts of this place was the incredible nature surrounding the hotel and the beautiful animals living there. It made the experience feel unique and peaceful. We created wonderful family memories here that we will never forget. Everything about this stay felt magical, and we truly hope to come back again someday."
