Shampoo and body wash as well as conditioner unrefilled. Called front desk twice to have it refill.,We are four but only two bath towels reserved. No welcome bottled drink. Online check in not working even advance email encouraged me to do it which I did but when I went to the front desk, the lady told she will still do it manually as online check in was dishonored.

Food selection was inadequate! No food available in afternoon. Dinner choices very limited. Breakfast disappointing. Oatmeal was sweet, cold cereals were sweet and had to ask for whole milk. No bellhops, no or inadequate instructions on how to use the telephone. Couldn't find instructions. Front desk helpful and fresh fruit and small waffles at breakfast good

I liked the convenience to the subway, and the room was very nice. While I realize there was an unusual heat wave in Toronto at the time, the air conditioner never really cooled or dehumidified the room. Also, the shower needs to have a mat or some kind of texture on the bottom and a grab bar. I nearly fell one day.

It was a good location right above the train the station. We booked a King bed but the bathroom was a bit wierdly situated with no secure bathroom doors. We wanted to be able to warm up our food but they had no microwave and could not provide us with plates either. Other than the above it was a decent stay.
