Hi I appreciate the staff at the property as they are warm and welcoming. The escalator needs to be updated as it’s slow and jerky. The gym is tiniest ever😅 Overall a great stay

This is an awesome hotel for business and personal travel. Clean, great service and a great location within walking distance to restaurants. Spacious rooms, decent express breakfast and lots of complementary parking. This will be my go-to hotel in Langford.

Gym looked well equipped, but we did not use the facility. Breakfast choices were excellent, but my husband found the hot food offered was not hot enough. Pancake machine was a great hit. The front desk staff were outstanding, very busy with demands from clientele but always pleasant and accommodating.

The continental breakfast and the lady working there was delicious, lots of choices and she was very friendly and helpful. A negative, most (not all) the housekeeping staff were very unfriendly, and as there is only one elevator for the building, you see them a lot. Beds very comfy, room and bathroom very nice and clean.

We had a large and clean room with a comfortable bed. The inconvenience of a single and very slow elevator was trying (other guests expressed this while waiting) Staff not notifying us of only the back door (which is technically the main door) not on the street but behind back) being unusable after hours and in the morning was inconvenient.

The property is new and clean, but is across from a gas station and coffee drive thru. It's also on a couple of busy roads. Noisy traffic until midnight and started again at 5am. Ask for a room in the back of the building?
