"The Radisson Vancouver Airport Hotel is a prime location in Richmond, walking distance to many stores/restaurants and very close to the train station to access other areas including downtown. Very convenient. A very clean hell, staff were fabulous. My only complaint is the lack of parking. Parking is $26 per day and there is some parking in the front of the of the hotel if you’re not fortunate enough to get a spot there, you then have the option to park in the Parkade nearby not ideal. Considering the location, you may not need a car rental something for future guests to consider. "

"Front desk staff was amazing but the vibe was off and there shuttle driver was mannerless and rude. We have to leave the hotel half and hour after check in. Because of the rude shuttle driver ruining our evening."
