"We had an unexpected room upgrade due to on arrival our room not being ready, but staff saw I had kids and made the switch. The room was older but newly renovated, with a kitchen and living room. Location was easy walking to Bloor, close to Yonge. Parking underground was easy to get to. We will be back!"

"The price is absolutely worth what you get. The bathrooms are more than comfortable, and the bar was a lot of fun. The server, she was amazing. I can’t remember her name, but she was from India and had such sweet energy and good vibes. The front desk staff were also incredible, so accommodating and easy to deal with. For what you pay, the value is 100% there. There are a couple of places to eat just down the road, and it’s very easy to get to from the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Not to mention, they offer a 24-hour shuttle and have on-site laundry, which makes a huge difference when you’re traveling"
