"My stay was pleasant and I highly recommend, a few things that I feel is worth a mention, I think to provide water in the room is essential. Also there are no USB charging points, and my only complaint is that the air conditioning is so loud I couldn’t use it but the room above me did and it kept me awake until 2am and I had to be up at 5am for a flight. If I’m being pedantic, I feel the external lights at the entrance need to be changed to a mid century style to be in keeping with the hotel"

"Location is amazing, right in English Bay, steps from the beach and sea wall. Lots of restaurants. It was quiet while we were there during the weekdays, I assume it is much more lively on the weekends. The parkade is very small and the entrance from there into the hotel is a bit unpleasant but once inside the hotel lobby it is fine. The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV worked. We didn't really use the kitchen but there was a full kitchen in the suite. For the price, which was quite a bit lower than anywhere else, it was a good deal."

"The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. However, you can hear the noise from the street and from your other guests ( neighbors) and there is no vent for the bathroom. The hotel is very convenient for buses to downtown and is a pick up location of some tours and bc connector. Beach is very close. Good view of the ocean."
