"It has been my go to place for a couple years now as I live in Pennsylvania, but travel outside the country so I have to go up to Buffalo to catch a flight to get there. I enjoy Danielle‘s sense of humor and company at the bar when I stay there. I also noticed some new evening staff as it’s been two months since I was there last that also seemed very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is very good also. "Standard hotel room and served its purpose well. The lobby was beautiful and was an easy check in/out. Staff at front desk were very helpful letting us know to use the street car as it’s free and takes you down to Keybank center."
