Just got back from a week at Breathless Riviera Cancun and honestly… this trip was exactly what I needed. The resort itself was beautiful. Great pools, solid food, clean rooms, fun nightlife, and the entire property had a really relaxing energy. The Xhale Club upgrade was worth it in my opinion quieter areas, better views, and overall a more premium experience. Huge shoutout to Julio at the front desk for helping me switch rooms and making the stay even better. One thing I appreciated most was the balance. You can party if you want, but you can also slow down, relax by the ocean, grab coffee in the morning, and just enjoy being present. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming the entire trip. This trip honestly reminded me what freedom and peace are supposed to feel like. I came home feeling refreshed, inspired, and already thinking about coming back. If you’re looking for a beautiful adults-only resort near Cancun with a fun atmosphere and great vibes, I’d definitely recommend Breathless Riviera Cancun.

The entire staff was so amazing and the exhale package was so worth it! Spa was beautiful, food great, pool entertainment was so fun and friendly. Top to bottom entire staff was top notch! We loved the sip and paint, all of the restaurants and the bar and staff at the exhale pool bar couldn’t have been better. Property was beautiful too!

The staff was amazing, they have a guy name Roger that work in Sooon he is amazing. The food is pretty good, I’ve stayed in several all inclusive and this by far was the best one. Also all staff is friendly they will always speak and help you with anything you need.

Check in was smooth. Staff were polite, friendly and attentive. Service was wonderful. I think common areas like the buffet area could be more modernized. Resort was well kept and clean.

The resort was great, clean, small enough to get around easily, but spaced out enough to give it a larger resort feel. All the restaurants are located centrally which is very nice. Drinks were delicious and delivered with good service. All the staff were very friendly at all times. Our room was nice, comfortable and private. We wish the swim up suite water would have been more like a hot tub, we would have used it more. The only negative about the whole experience was not really a resort problem. Every night we experienced very loud guests banging on doors and screaming in the hallways. At midnight, 1am, 3am, 4am. It did seem to be “taken care of” fairly quickly but went on long enough to make us wide awake. Night noise was our only complaint. Of mention: Edwin and Abby were excellent poolside with service!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this resort. The online ratings are very misleading and did not reflect the reality of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we encountered multiple issues. There was no hot water in our room for the entire trip, forcing us to take cold showers. The HVAC system also did not work. Although maintenance came and claimed it was fixed, it never worked properly, and we had to sleep in uncomfortable, cold conditions. The swim-up pool was dirty, which was very disappointing given the cost of the stay. Additionally, my card was double charged. Even after it was proven to be a duplicate charge, the resort has refused to issue a refund, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, some staff members displayed behavior that felt discriminatory and unwelcoming. The overall customer service did not meet basic hospitality standards. The food overall was not good, with the exception of the hibachi restaurant, which was the only enjoyable dining experience. This resort is absolutely not worth the money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.
