Was not too happy with this accomadation, when we arrive the gentleman at the frontdesk had a antisocial hat on. He acted like I did not have a reservation after giving him my License and credit card. Elevator was dirty and I was not notified but hotel to be under remodeling or reconstruction.

I checked into this hotel, had 3 rooms booked one of which was supposed to be a suite. The sofa was torn and wet, the mattress was heavily soiled and a dangerous bed rail sticking out from the bed. I immediately contacted the front desk. someone came up and took photos and I didn't hear anything else. I contacted Hotels.com which I booked through and let them know that I was very disappointed and did not want to stay. I immediately checked out and the front desk advised they would refund my money back for the 2 rooms I checked into and cancel the other room. Needless to say, they charged my credit card for one of the rooms anyway. That was on March 8th and it's now Mar 19th with no refund. I have called numerous times and no one answers the phone. Hotels.com has tried to call and email to confirm the cancellation and they have been unsuccessful as well. I'm extremely disappointed after reaching Carolyn who gave me another email address for Hotels.com and Baymont still has not replied to email. I'm talking $755.00+ only to be offered a $50.00 voucher from Hotels.com because they said they are unable to reach the hotel. I promise, I will not let this go and want my money back. I did not stay and checked out as the front desk and Hotels.com advised. I wasn't going to write a review but hopefully this will get their attention to this matter. Very conveniently located but definitely need repairs and makeover. What kind of a business is this that doesn't answer the phones.

Rooms were filthy, shower didn’t work, lamp wouldn’t turn on and smelled like cigarettes. The staff wasn’t too friendly and the handicap parking spots were blocked off so I had to park far and walk.
