There is only one elevator that services four floors in this hotel I wasn’t able to get cleaning services until the third day so I arrived there Thursday and never got no services. I had to ask for clean towels and do my own garbage even though I asked housekeeping, and the cleaners that I was told that I had to call the front desk and I was denied. The TV would not work even though the remotes were changed twice it was disappointing because they couldn’t watch TV. They only had two handicap parking at the front which was disheartening. They should’ve had at least maybe four more as I seen people with disabilities, especially children. They should’ve had that ready. They had to park on the side of the building, which was unacceptable.

Room was clean but no housekeeping for our 3 day stay. Had to go get our own towels daily. The truck picking up dumpster woke us up at 4:30 am daily. Barking dog in a different room added to the morning noise. Management should place families with children and dogs on different floors from couples. Breakfast was good with a nice variety

Spent over $1,000 for 4 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned. Had to go down and ask for clean towels. The outlets weren’t working. Very Poor customer service. The only response we got was that they are short staffed- I understand that it’s a problem but it’s also not our problem as guests. They need to figure out a system that works. If you don’t have enough staff then don’t book out all the rooms. Getting our room cleaned and getting clean sheets and towels shouldn’t be such an issue. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
