Me and my partner stayed here for 1 night, and we were very pleased with the service and quality of the hotel and room we booked. The room was very nice and the outdoor terrace on the 14th floor was very beautiful with a lovely view of Toronto.

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The price was completely unreasonable considering the condition of the facilities. Everything felt extremely outdated, including the gym equipment, which was old and poorly maintained.
Cleanliness was also a serious issue. I even noticed bugs on some of the equipment, which was unacceptable. The mattress was very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well during the stay.
In addition, the actual hotel environment looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The rooms were poorly soundproofed, and I could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway throughout the night.
Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations at all, and I would not recommend it considering the price and quality provided."
