The room was spacious, but the room was very stuffy and hot. The air condition was not cooling the room very well and was also very loud. The thermostat controls were limited to off/on, hot/cold, with a lever. When the fan was on, it sounded like a washing machine cycling. When inquired about a mini fridge for the room at the front desk, we were told that the room should have came with a mini bar fridge in which we could use to store our leftover food. After 40 minutes of waiting, no one responded or came to our room; as we were told one was going to be brought up to us. We also inquired about a later check-out time and was told we had to check with the front desk the morning of. This request was also denied, even though the hotel was not busy at all. Lots of communication issues and very unhelpful staff.

For what I paid for the room i could have stayed on the strip. Rooms are not that updated. The quality of the beds are poor, there is no microwave in the rooms. The only cons to the hotel are the mcdonalds & panda express on site
