When we got in there was a blower in hallway assume it was for wet floors. Smell was pretty rough. But what can you do they were on it fixing the problem. Just bad timing. All in all was a good stay.

I was given a a handicap room with a handicap bathroom without asking I attempted to change rooms. They said they were fully booked and cannot accommodate or do anything for me. They were short and rude, especially supervisor. Luz c. I attempted to take a shower. The water went to the sink area and the toilet area almost fell going to the bathroom since floor was wet and water was all over the bathroom.

Perfect Combo

Concert at The Pearl was amazing, and staying at the Palms made the whole trip super smooth It was so nice to just walk back to our room afterward.
