This is by FAR the worst hotel I’ve stayed In. I was celebrating my birthday. I had a suite but I COULD NOT ENJOYED IT! The room was hot I had to constantly keep calling front desk to fix the issue during my entire stay. The managers at this hotel luc/Lucy she was by far the worst manager with no respect and no customer service! After complaining from the moment I was check in on the 6th the finally moved my room to a different room and that was 9/7. I spoke to the front desk serval Times about allowing me to see the room before I switch my room they gave me a hard time after I kept telling them several times why am I going to switch my room with out looking at the room to see if I was happy and it met my standards. Lucy/luc came to the second room to show me and she was by far the worst disrespectful manager! I asked her this room was hot and it’s not cold it’s the same ! She said will it will cool down! I mentioned to Lucy that Ives waited 2to 3 hours for this room to be switch and no one had the decency to make sure this room was cool before I came here! She ignore the fact what I was telling her and said are you going to switch! I litterly wanted to slap the attitude across her face but I kept my cool!!! My sheets was stain and dirty bathroom shower water didn’t go down! You can’t used the refrigerator because they would charge me $35 for putting my sandwich in there which no one didn’t tell me any of this. Spent $1k almost 2 for my room and it was the WORST!!!!!

The rooms and hotel were very clean ! The Pearl concert arena was Amazing with Darius ! However, the outside pool was very cold and closed down early . Overall , nice experience though.

I’ve stayed at the Palms casino. Every time I go to Vegas for the past four years I find it refreshing to be just a little bit off strip. They have so many dining options. The pool is amazing and you’re just a quick Uber to the sphere and other attractions like shopping.

Run, before you check in.

Congratulations, Palms Casino Resort, for redefining “hospitality.” I expected world-class Las Vegas service, but instead got racial bias, neglect, and broken facilities. We arrived exhausted at 11 PM, only to be “welcomed” by Arianna’s unfriendly glare and dismissive attitude. As an Asian guest, I couldn’t ignore how warmly she treated other guests in contrast. She then “accidentally” assigned us two completely uncleaned rooms. When I returned to complain, Nicole ignored us, busy laughing and chatting with coworkers. Our “replacement” room had a broken shampoo holder and a lingering stench—proof of how little care is given to guests. A look at Google Maps shows Arianna’s name mentioned repeatedly for poor service, yet clearly nothing has been done. As a former Marriott staff member, I’m shocked. This property shows no interest in addressing complaints or respecting Asian travelers. Instead, guests are treated as invisible revenue sources. If your goal is to make paying guests feel unwelcome, disrespected, and discriminated against, congratulations—you’ve succeeded. I’ll be warning others not to waste their money here.

Was told by staff that there were no room upgrades. Got to the room that was available… TERRIBLE! Then called waited on hold to BEG for some type of upgrade. The gentleman on the phone said they do have upgrades and charged a daily rate for the 3 days staying there. Had to wait for a room to be ready and I would not have mind waiting if I was told upfront. Finally checked into a decent room only to go online and see upgraded rooms for less than the initial charge of the regular terrible room and plenty available!
