First of all, I booked an ivory room with a mountings view. But I was not provided with it. Second in a bathroom were hairs after cleaning, when I just check in. Third lamps doesn’t works. Fourth I paid for mini bar but I didn’t use it. And they sand to me this informations after I checker out already in a 1 hour

I enjoyed the stay but If you can not charge coffee in the rooms. Coffee should be free in the rooms. The hotel was very clean and friendly customer service. I enjoyed myself, I will come back and stay again. The Palms will be my hotel when I come to Las Vegas. I will recommend the Palms hotel to my friends and family. Thank you for everything.

I was specifically told I could check out late if I paid more money , but I was absolutely told I check out is noon and stay until 3 if I wanted to. I just got yelled at by a female with neck tattoos at their front desk ,as I questioned about possibly staying till 3 PER the original man who checked me in, info. Do better, be kinder. Treat people with respect . The energy coming off of a lot of your staff is not welcoming.

I was able to get a decent strip facing room for relatively cheap last minute. The room was large, comfortable and awesome view. Downside was the fridge was stocked with sensored items so I couldn't store my own drinks and food without requesting another fridge, and the placement of the television blocked a good portion of my view. Despite that, it was a very nice room and the deal was great.

Be careful when having a fun night to not lose your ticket for valet parking. They will release your car to anyone without verifying the owner of the car. They gave my key card to my Tesla to someone that found my ticket and he ended up stealing over 1k in stuff from my car.
