Our flight arrived at 9:30 am. We were able to pay an additional $45 to check in early at 11am. Staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. There are no grocery stores nearby so we thought we'd use Shipt to deliver some snacks and water. We couldn't get anyone to deliver. Apparently drivers hate delivering to the hotels. Thankfully you can get water from the waitresses walking around the casino. Their food court has affordable eats like Panda Express, McDonald's, Earl of Sandwich and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. In the hotel description it says that the rooms have refrigerators. A bit misleading since these refrigerators are not for your use. They carry items you must purchase. Absolutely do not pick up the candy or coffee sitting out. i picked up a coffee cup set thinking it was free, because most hotels leave free coffee. I noticed the coffee is NOT free. A single K pod has a $3 price tag. Ridiculous! These items sitting out have motion sensors. I was charged for the coffee i inspected even though i didn't use it. So once again i warn...do not pick up anything sitting there at the snack station. You will be charged even if you put it back unused. I couldn't be bothered to mess with CS so they got free money from me.

It was clean. Gave us an upgrade for an extra fee so the suite was large. Didn’t have plugs by the bed. Shower was warm but not hot as I like it. No coffee makers in regular rooms and the Kuerig in the suite was an extra charge.

First time staying here and it did not disappoint! We were impressed how nice every staff member was that we met! That’s pretty rare, in my experience. We were on the 31st floor and the view was so beautiful. The room was very clean and we especially loved all the lighting, with options for very little light, to, our favorite, bright & cheery. We had the dinner buffet with so many different dishes and everything was delicious. The noodle restaurant was outstanding. The pizza is sinfully delicious. We saw a concert here as well and it is the best setup I’ve been to for a concert. Love the smaller venue! We will definitely be back
