Stayed here 2x now & never been disappointed. The rooms are bigger than what you can find in the strip. We even got a balcony overlooking the strip & I like that we have a quiet place separate from the casino but easily accessed by a dedicated pathway. The ambiance is quite opulent & the buffet & eateries are sufficient

I had a very frustrating experience booking through Expedia, and I feel it’s important for others to be aware of how their third-party partnerships can impact your stay. In my case, the property I booked was managed through a third-party provider (Zelloo), which made everything significantly more complicated. The listing looked decent online, but the reality was completely different—the property was outdated and clearly not maintained to any reasonable standard.

This fridge, don't see its purpose. Barely cool and didn't fit much in it.
Ice maker didn't work. This is the 2nd fridge.

The hair dryer on the left came with the room. It didn't work. Ask front desk for a new one. Since this is a privately owned condo, the hotel charged us $32 to rent one.

When I booked there was no where in the disclosure that this is owned by a third party and that I had to pay for a cleaning fee since it was a condo. Shower and AC was not working properly and didn’t get fixed during our stay. The staff up front couldn’t help because the “condo” was owned by another company.
