Hotel is looking tired. Had an issue with billing and credit card authorisations that the hotel still hasn’t dealt with properly. Good location for the Falls and view from rooms are impressive. Oh, and who (tries to) charge $15 a day for basic wifi these days?

The place is as fun all our kids had a good time. Few complaints, not enough life guard staff for all things to run, must need to do more cleaning as our 10 month old got Hand Foot and Mouth Disease from our stay.

The room was clean, spacious and laid out nicely. However, there was construction in the room next or down the hall and we had hammering and sawing all day long.Breakfast at the hotel upstairs dining room was awful. I told the waitress the eggs were cold and she walked away. Staff was terrible.
