"This property is nice but is showing its age. Our faucet in the bathroom was loose, the floor numbers in the elevators didn’t light up and the drink service in the casino was almost non existent. As with most of Vegas the prices were ridiculously high. The parking gates didn’t work with our room cards and on one occasion we ended up paying for parking even though it was included with our stay. However the staff were friendly and accommodating. Over all we had a good time but might choose to stay at another hotel next visit."

"The hotel was great overall. The only drawback was the additional charges. Resort fee plus tax on the fee. And be very careful in the room. The refrigerator which was completely full is pressure sensitive and if you take out anything you will be charged. We took some cans out to put our leftovers from the restaurant in. We put the cans back and were charged. Also the waters and items on the counter charged us for lifting them and looking at them. I had to call and go through a whole process to have the charges reversed. So no refridgerator or microwave in the room. The mistake can be very costly."
