"Our room was very dusty last time I stayed it was very clean , I did not get the room I payed hotel.com for , we had a great time and didn’t spend much time in the room , it was a shame we pay resort fees and room was not clean "

"Paid for suite for three days- had upgraded so I could use a bathtub. The bathtub was great, However the ceiling light was broke, there were large holes in the sheets, shower was clogged and there were long dark hairs in bathtub when got there. The staff was very nice though! It’s not worth having food delivered. Coffee was gross and croissant- eggs Benedict so sad. It was nice being in same hotel as venue for entertainment. Ceasars venue was great for Def Lepard- had seen Eagles and Aerosmith there. To me luxery venue and worth the ticket price- no bad seats."

"We stayed in a newly renovated room which was very comfortable. The rooftop pool had just opened and was very nice except that only half of the pool was opened, so we had to move our cabana to the other side."

"Our room was very clean. We had a suite. Unexpectedly, the suite was large. We had a sleeping area ( bed, night stands, closet), then there was a step down living room/sitting area. Quite nice. The drawer space was a little awkward (one small drawer in the bedroom area, the 3 normal size drawers in the cabinet in the living area. We made due, but it was a little weird. We liked having a separate toilet room (with door). "
