We had such a great stay here! The apartment was spotless, beautiful, and in an amazing location. And the views!! Just wow! We were traveling with our family and the host helped arrange a crib and an extra twin bed which made things so much easier for us. Even with the extra beds the place still felt really spacious and comfortable. The host was the best and so helpful the whole time. Easy check in and check out… We hope to be back!

Absolutely incredible stay. The apartment feels truly luxurious the moment you walk in, spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly as pictured. The views are stunning and can only truly be appreciated in person, the photos don’t even do them justice. The location is unbeatable, with a bus directly downstairs and a short walk to all the major subway lines. The host was the best we’ve ever had. Incredible value for the quality and comfort. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed here for a quick business trip to NYC and it ended up being one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. Easily worth the price and honestly a better experience than most hotels. Being able to use the kitchen to make breakfast was a big plus for me, and the Nespresso stocked in the apartment was a great touch. Everything was spotless and had a true luxury feel. The sheets and towels felt new, which I always pay attention to. It really felt closer to a five star hotel than a typical rental. I’ll definitely book again for future trips to New York.

10/10 ExcellentStayed here with a small group of friends, and for a couple of them it was their first time in New York, so this place made it especially memorable. The view really gives you that proper New York feeling, being up among the skyscrapers and seeing the city lights at night. It felt like the kind of experience you hope for when visiting the city.The flat itself was very clean and comfortable, and Greg was gracious enough to set up a proper bed in the living area for our extra guest. It was a real bed with full linens and very comfortable, which made travelling as a group much easier.Everything was straightforward and well handled, and the stay overall exceeded expectations. Would happily return again.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in New York City and would absolutely recommend it!Greg was an incredible host—he went above and beyond from the very beginning. He accommodated our late check-in without any issues, checked in on us during our stay, and even made sure we had extra towels. He was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared that we were comfortable.The apartment itself was spectacular. The views were stunning, and everything inside felt brand new—clean, fresh, and very spacious. We especially loved having a dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer, which made the stay so convenient. The beds were firm but very comfortable, and we all slept great.The location couldn’t have been better. There was a fantastic grocery store right across the street with hot food and all the essentials, which made things incredibly easy.Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Wow this place was honestly amazing. The views were absolutely breathtaking and even better than the photos. We kept stopping just to look out the windows, especially at night. Definitely worth every dollar.The location couldn’t have been better for us. We walked to a Broadway show, went shopping, and even made it to Central Park super easily. As two ladies, we also felt it was a very safe area.. The apartment itself was spotless, beautiful, and felt really high end. Beds were super comfortable and everything was exactly as pictured.Greg was literally the best host ever. He was always in touch with us and answered all our questions right away. His assistant met us downstairs and showed us inside, which made check-in so easy and stress-free. The whole experience just felt very smooth.Would 100% stay here again. If you’re thinking about booking it, just do it!
