Upon arrival Jenny at the front desk created a phenomenal magical experience for my daughter and myself! We were catapulted into a wonderful holiday spirit! We were early and they did but rush us and Stefano gave me a pen for our traditional hang man games. The VIP experience watching thanksgiving parade was FABULOUS! Hot chocolate and marshmallows, security smiling and the front door man noticed it was too packed up front so he brought us to the side so my daughter had prime views of Bluey! Thank YOU this was much needed we needed our spirits lifted....see you soon

The room felt a bit outdated, and some areas were not properly cleaned, such as the curtains and the shower. One of the blackout blinds also didn’t work. Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, and although we arrived with the hotel car directly from the airport, we still had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. Breakfast was okay — it’s à la carte only and a bit overpriced for the quality offered. The gym, on the other hand, was excellent: clean, spacious, and well equipped with high-quality machines. The common areas were tidy and well maintained.
