We liked that the room had two floors with two separate bathrooms so we could all get ready at the same time. One thing we didn’t like is when we looked up at the ceiling from our bed there was a Band-Aid taped to the ceiling and there was a big wad of hair on the stairs.

The pet fee is to pay to clean the room after a guest checks out. This is a deeper clean to prevent the next guest from having an allergic reaction to a pet. This is charged regardless of damage or not.
