Our condo is north-facing, so it doesn’t get direct sunlight, which helps keep the interior cooler throughout the day. The location is very convenient, right next to the train station. However, the area does have some awkward people walking around.The host was great overall, but we did have an issue. They accused us of breaking the blinds, even though we noticed the damage as soon as we checked in and reported it right away. Despite that, we were still asked to pay for the blinds and also for an old trash can that had clearly been used for years and may have already had a broken handle.Bottom line: make sure you do a very thorough walk-through before signing off. If the host hasn’t checked properly after the last tenant, you could still be charged for pre-existing damage.

Great apartment for our long summer weekend vacation. The 19th floor clean modern unit overlooks Chinatown (book a food tour) and the downtown skyline. Plenty of amazing restaurants within a short walk. The subway stop is next door for easy access from the airport. The water taxi is a 5 minute walk.

Perfect location!

Comfortable and convenient, this apartment had it all. Amazing view and great room set up for our group of 6! We walked and took transit to good food and fun venues. Communication was efficient and helpful as was building security. This place is definitely on the return to list, I just hope it’s not booked already!

Great location, great hosts!

We were in Vancouver for the Eras Tour and the location of this was just perfect. Right next to a rail line and plenty of dining options nearby. They were able to get us in early to drop our bags which was a huge help. The check in/check out is a bit of a struggle if you have a car but that’s life in the city. All in all a great stay.

Got some Satisfaction

We flew in for the Rolling Stones concert. We arrived early and Jassie was kind enough to let us check the luggage in early while the cleaners got the place ready. Communication was excellent throughout the stay. Skytrain allowed us to go straight from the airport directly to the condos front door. Views were excellent and lots or restaurants around to enjoy. Close to BC Place where the concert was. Short ubers to Grandville Island and Stanley Park. Enjoyed the kerug coffee machine in the morning but there are several local coffee shops within blocks including starbucks and Tim Hortons. On checkout, again they went above and beyond allowing us to leave luggage in condo until our flight while we went out and enjoyed Stanley Park for a few hours. Terrific location for events in the downtown area. Close to Yaletown as well as Gastown. Will stay again for next concert in BC.
