It was a very nice experience and all the staff that I ran into were very nice and caring people. Daniele was the staff member when I checked out and he was very helpful. I also had a lovely person help me check-in but didn't get their name. Overall, very nice experience!
Worst hotel I've seen. Holes in the sheets, you have to walk through the curtains to get to one side of the bed supposedly for two people since there's barely any space between the bed and the wall. Bed is hard as a rock too. Hope you don't care about washing your hands after using the communal toilet because there's no sink, you have to go back to your room to use the sink there. Staff denied everything and refused a refund for my 10-day booking. Do not get scammed by this place.
Stayed 2 nights in a clean quiet room at the back of the building, all the furnishings and fixtures were brand new, good fridge
Received a nice little welcome bag with a map and other things
There's a shared kitchen area which we used to reheat some restaurant leftovers
Great central location downtown, steps away from Davie Street, venues on Granville and the seawall for a walk around the water edge
The Templeton Diner down the street does great breakfasts and coffee
The building's also close to the skytrain station in yale town and bus routes that connect to the rest of vancouver - so we could easily get back from almost anywhere
