Bed was comfy, room was clean and large. The key didn’t work when I returned to my room and it took awhile to reach someone. No answer to doorbell or the phone at door for 3 tries. The green outdoor Christmas like lights (it was early October)are left on all night, hard to block this light and keep the room dark. The breakfast options were mostly high fat and/or high sugar, and/or pre-packaged and over processed. The baseboard heaters make clicking sounds all night, not great for light sleepers. Otherwise it was a safe, quiet neighborhood

A very lovely stay

Excellent location, some available free parking on site, comfortable beds. Just a note, breakfast is a very generous array of prepackaged foods, not a fresh hot meal.

We were on the second floor -- the steps at the top are extremely unsafe due to no hand rail. The two chairs in the room are very old, with worn seats. Being a bed and 'breakfast' is inaccurate. Breakfast is kept in the refrigerator - its really not a typical breakfast as the name implies. For the price - one would expect an actual breakfast. On the bright side, the beds and pillows were comfortable.

10 minute walk to downtown. Fridge stocked daily with wide variety of free breakfast items. Microwave. Large living area and bathroom. Nice balcony. Quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Not what I would consider a traditional bed & breakfast. Distinctly spartan and uncosy, although clean & supplied with all the necessaries. Breakfast was in the fridge and consisted of pre-packaged foods, some of which was dated five months prior (could have been kept frozen up until our stay, but who knows?) On the plus side, there is free parking and downtown is within easy walking distance for able-bodied people, so no struggling to find parking. On a quiet residential street, with no crowds. Overpriced for what we got, but it is Banff, so perhaps that is normal.

We really enjoyed our stay, fridge was always stocked with Continental breakfasts. Also Banff Ave is only 3 blocks away to all the shops, Brewsters touring, Roam transit and dining choices.

What a great spot! The beds are comfy, the breakfast perfect and the location prime. Elsa was very accommodating when my flight was delayed. I would recommend this B&B to anyone!

Wonderful place to stay in Banff. In a residential area a brief walk from all the amenities downtown. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast in the mini-fridge was well-rounded, tasty, and filling. The owners are present and keep the property very well-maintained. Very grateful to have stayed there on New Year's!

Had a great time in Banff by staying at A Good Nite Rest. My only surprise was the “cold” Continental Breakfast. Although cold there was plenty of food to taste and you can warm up your sandwiches at the provided room microwave. The classification Bed & Breakfast got me though

Great, cute, clean little place that is right in the heart of Banff Town. Close to all transportation, shops, restaurants. They curate a great little breakfast that is refreshed each day in your fridge. Nice bathroom.

Loved this place

The owners were very accommodating. Clean facility Great location. Decent breakfast. Beautiful flowers on the property. My only complaint was that we blew fuses twice while running the microwave and air conditioner. Other than that it was excellent.

Very friendly owners and they were able to accommodate our request for an early check-in and a main floor unit which was great. Very clean. Breakfast is HUGE - lots of items to choose from and even sandwiches for lunch. The room is small for 4 adults (much better suited for 2 people) and there is no closet or anywhere to hang clothing, I tried to call and left messages but no one returned my calls. I was finally able to reach them at a different time of day when they did answer. But our experience was lovely and I would stay again.
