Prétentieux et cher, mal isolé et vieillot
Publié le 27 mai 2017 sur HotelsCet établissement se veut très raffiné, mais ils admettent des chauffeurs de camions qui passent la nuit à se promener par les couloirs en buvant de l alcool et en criant sans que personne leur dise de se taire....
Les chambres sont mal isolées et on entend tous les bruits de l extérieur, les meubles vieux et défraichis.... vraiment très décevant.
La seule bonne chose est la piscine et le sauna, mais je préfère mille fois une bonne nuit de sommeil et non pas une baignade. Ah, le gazon du golf est couvert de caca de oiseaux!

When driving in, I thought it was going to be a great place to stay. However, our room was way at the back of the property in a building behind the golf course. There was a broken down truck there and it looked like it was a place where they just put all of their junk. The parking lot was dirt and had limited parking. Very old. Seriously needs an update and customer service.

I expected a place which advertises as a resort to have everything conveniently available. In a location which was miles from any centre, there was no breakfast available. The dining such as it was was not particularly appealing. The hours were limited as were choices. The facilities were dated and the housekeeping was well below expectations based on the price charged.

So unfortunate!
This place was probably lovely once upon a time and they are renovating some of the rooms but man, right now it is like something out of a 90s horror movie!
Our room smelled like dead bodies and the carpet was, well, sticky. We asked to move and were told there weren't any rooms available. But, we only saw one other guest while we were there...
They obviously make money off their golf course and event space.
Our advice; Don't stay past sundown unless you know you're in a recently renovated room.
And, whatever you do, don't go down to the basement alone!

Staff was very friendly but the property is dated and investment is needed to update it.
