"The hallway is so tight that when we moved our clothing rack, we couldn’t get through with the housekeeper trolley. We had to move it to get through and the housekeeper trolley keeper was not happy. Then when we were unloading our things by our room door, she try’s to get through with her vacuum and grumbles and says she needs to get through and we said we are trying to unload. The front desk said there was only 1 staff cleaning the rooms on one floor that it took long to get our rooms. Also, the double bed rooms are tight inside. Elevators are always full and had to wait a lot."

"Great hotel in great location. Only things to watch out for are there is no drop off location if you are driving yourself and the entrance staff are not helpful bordering on rude. Housekeeping is also hit and miss and often miss refilling some amenities. Everything else was great."
