Hotel was not what it looked like on trip advisor, it was old, dark not enough lighting in rooms, first night someone was smoking weed because it drifted into our room and was nauseating. No paper towels or pot holders or dish towels to dry dishes. Only had two bath towels 1 washcloth and a hand towel in bathroom. Train runs close to hotel at all hours. Not the worse place I’ve ever stayed but close. Would not return.

I would never stay her again. I stayed in the room for 30min. The bathroom was not that clean, the TV did not work and the AC cut in and out and was loud. Went to tell them about the TV and they said " Oh that happens, Ill send someone to fix it". I mean really! That happens? What place says that? When I went to get a refund because the pictures do not match the room I selected and all the other things wrong. They said sorry we dont do refunds. I was there 30min! And when I said you know this is how places get bad reviews. The front desk person said, " well you gotta do what you gotta do". I guess they dont care about what there customers think to try and make things right. Well as a medical traveler I know alot of medical professionals who go up to flagg to do long contracts and I will tell them all to avoid this place. Gotta do what I gotta do!

Good place to stay for the price for sure... amazing view.... I will say sometimes all the posted notices about what a hotel wont do posted in your face in the office does not inspire confidence and maybe that should be dialed back a little....

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Aspen InnSuites. We just stayed there for one night but it was perfect for what we needed. Great location, friendly check-in guy, and fine amenities! We would absolutely stay here again.

I was a little disappointed I didn't get the ground floor. The cement walkway outside my room is deplorable. The mirror in my bathroom is broken. There is paint scuffing throughout the room. I got all of this on video the moment I got in. The refrigerator and the microwave work. I don't use the TV. The left side of the bed's power outlets don't work. There's only one cup for the coffee maker and it's missing a coffee insert. There are hangers missing which I also got on video. The hot water tap for the sink is loose and requires two hands to turn. The shower curtain rod is different from every other room I've seen. The bed seems clean and smells nice. The AC works but there's a weird gunk stain across the face. The chair works but is in tatters. This is one of those places that won't give you a fresh toilet paper roll, you get whatever was unused from the last person. The sink is missing its stopper. There isn't a light switch for the light and the fan. There's a simple bathroom light and then a light heater combo, which probably makes more sense in skiing season. It's impossible to only turn a fan on in the bathroom. The shower head is amazing. It has a ceiling shower head and pours a lot of hot water. I love the decision to have no bath and to go with a big stand-in shower with a high spout. The essentials like a clean toilet and a clean bed are there, and the shower is nice, but it's a little scuffed up and is probably only fractionally operational.
The mirror is cracked in the lower left corner. Which is fine but I'm not paying for that, It was like that when I got here.
Weird gunk.
The chair has seen better days.

First off the staff was very friendly and helpful as for the room was dirty we found big hair wad in the tub, there was a dirty pair of boxers under the sink in the bathroom which was not ours. There was no coffee maker, iron, or hair dryer that was stated in their amenities. The tv did not work. The dishes in the kitchen were greasy. The air conditioner did not work. There was 2 time that someone tried to open the door and come in on the side our kids were but thankfully we had the latch shut. The pool was dirty and the handicap chair was inoperable and only 2 towels for the guests.
