Had to reserve another room because the pull out couch was absolutely filthy and looked like it had never been clean. Stains all over the couches and chairs. Rooms are not kept very well and probably haven’t been furnished in years. No accommodations were made and wasn’t able to request any sort of refund because the manager wasn’t there the day we checked out
