"The hotel is attached to Grand Central Station which made it extremely convenient to use public transit. Everything appeared to be clean and the room size wasn’t too small for our family of 4. We stayed 4 nights and appreciated the comfortable beds after a long day of walking around the city. It would be better if the lobby was cozier and the lights were on outside the hotel entrance. Not sure why all the lights were off. The bathroom was tiny and the depth of the sink was shallow so every time I went to wash my face, the water spilled over onto the floor."

"The room is clean but very small (like many older properties in NYC). I don't need or use most amenities and found the location to be excellent for my needs. Appreciated the refrigerator in my room, would love to have access to a microwave (perhaps in lobby?). I had very few interactions with staff. Basic accommodation in a city full of much higher priced albeit newer and more amenity filled properties. Suggestions: Offer coffee/water in lobby, upgrade lobby furniture and decor,"
