This lovely villa is located 600m (10 min walk) from Mikri Vigla beach, one of the best beaches in Greece. This Villa offers the convenience of being accessible to some of the finest beaches in Europe, whilst retaining a level of privacy and tranquility. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. The middle level consists of an open plan fully fitted kitchen/dining and living area with 40in smart TV, wireless internet, leading on to a huge terrace with fantastic views across the Aegean sea and neighbouring islands. On the first floor is a double bedroom with double bed and 1 single futon, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, mosquito nets and double doors leading out to a large terrace with table and chairs for 6 people, gardens, and a great private outdoor shower. On the top floor is a double bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, mosquito nets and a large terrace with amazing views. Downstairs (underground level naturally cool) there is a large bedroom with 1 double futon and 1 single futon, bunk beds and a shower room. There is also private off street parking.


Naxos averages more than 12 hours of sunshine a day in the summer months and almost no rain in June, July and August, and was recently voted the 6th best Island in the world by reviewers.

Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €200.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid-clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights.

LOCATION DECEVANTE

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueillis par le propriĂ©taire mais avons du apporter un supplĂ©ment (non prĂ©cisĂ© dans l'annonce) pour le mĂ©nage. Hors, nous avons trouvĂ© un location trĂšs sale... Nous en avons parlĂ© au propriĂ©taire qui n'a pas jugĂ© important de refaire passer quelqu'un ou de ne pas prendre cette commission de mĂ©nage supplĂ©mentaire. L'annonce ne montrait pas que la maison est cernĂ©e pas d'autres villas, louĂ©es Ă  des jeunes qui ne sont lĂ  que pour faire la fĂȘte. Avec des jeunes enfants, les nuisances sonores sont compliquĂ©es. De plus, aprĂšs des nuits agitĂ©es les travaux d'une Ă©norme rĂ©sidence en bas commencent Ă  de bonne heure. Ces travaux, rendent l'accĂšs Ă  pied Ă  la plage franchement compliquĂ©. Location plus que spartiate, le stricte minimum, aucun condiment... Chambre en sous-sol avec une fenĂȘtre microscopique, sans lumiĂšre. Pas satisfaite de cette location.

TrÚs chouette et agréable maison

Tout Ă©tait parfait, la terrasse est particuliĂšrement agrĂ©able, la cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La chambre du bas n’est pas climatisĂ©e et le salon est un peu Ă©troit mais sinon tout est parfait.

Vue imprenable sur Mikri Vigla

Nous sommes ravies d avoir séjourner à la villa sea view ! La maison est parfaite, tant sur la localisation que sur son aspect. Un accueil chaleureux fait par David, qui nous a guidé depuis l aéroport jusqu à la villa et nous a aussi conseiller sur les endroits à visiter et les restaurants. En résumé, notre trip kite c est parfaitement bien déroulé grùce en partie à cette villa et à David !

Beautiful stay!

The villa is fantastic! Position is the TOP, with a beautiful view. Good for the children. The rooms are well organized and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. David is very kind, available and attent to the guests needs. Only few notes: 200 euros for the cleaning seemed too much + pay attention to the stairs without handrails. Thank you for everything, our holiday at the villa was special.

Seaview Villa is a slice of paradise!

Our family of five stayed at Seaview Villa August 11-21, 2023. The Villa's outdoor spaces are absolutely wonderful. There are multiple patio areas for eating, reading, relaxing, and simply marveling at the views of the land & sea. The Villa is comfortable and the location is perfect for swimming at nearby beaches and day trips all over the island. Our host was very helpful and quickly resolved any issues we encountered during out stay. We would stay here again if we return to Naxos in the future.

Lovely Naxos House on a hill

Spectacular views, clean, comfortable house,at an affordable rate with al the necessary amenities. Greek island houses are often somewhat uncomfortable, with straight backed built-in stucco "couches" with thin foam seat pads, thin mattresses, etc. This house, however, was quite comfortable. There's one bedroom up a short flight of 5 or 6 stairs, and another bedroom above it, up another 5 or 6 stairs. The bathroom is immediately adjacent to the first bedroom, which serves to make that one the "master", There's also a basement with a third bedroom (mostly underground but with a small window at near ceiling level. There's a second bathroom at that basement level, and a good washing machine. It's dark on the basement level, but manageable and tailored for kids. Kitchen was good sized, well-equipped and well laid out. Nice welcome fruit basket. They only provided 2 bath towels and two hand towels for the upstairs bathroom, and one of each for the basement bathroom, a bit chintzy. The location is a bit rural, a good 25 minute drive to Naxos town center, and access to the house can involve some pretty significant pot holes and dirt roads.It was a minor inconvenience. All in all, this is a lovely, comfortable home with magnificent views

2 weeks in paradise

The property, manager, and island exceeded our expectations on every level. Everything was clean, the view stunning, the manager was so helpful answering our questions before and during our trip. And Naxos! I'm ready to move there. This island has everything. Next time we come, we will pack lightly and just purchase everything we need in country. And to discover that the two best beaches on the island were within a 15 minute drive was amazing. Thank you for making the trip of a lifetime possible.

A piece of heaven

We stayed in Naxos at this property for 3 weeks and it was absolute bliss. The house location offers wonderful views for any time of day and we had the added bonus of being there when the figs, lemons and pomegranates were ripening in the garden. It is up a steep hill that is walkable but generally would recommend that you have a car to get around and explore the island. There is a handy grocery shop and bakery just a 3 minute drive away and two fabulous beaches to choose from as well as tavernas. The house is really well equipped and offered us all that we needed. Naxos itself is a winner of a destination that mixes chilled out vibes, stylish but welcoming restaurants, super family friend people and restaurants, gorgeous beaches and lots of within reach exploring.

Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit tollem Weitblick

Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wirklich schön ruhig und abgelegenen von jeglichem Trubel am Hang gelegen, von der Terrasse genießt man den Blick auf einen der schönsten StrĂ€nde von Naxos und kann den Kitern zuschauen. Sehr herzlicher und professioneller Empfang durch den Verwalter! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
