"This was a great hotel to stay in for your NYC trip. The staff was great and the location in proximity to Times Square is awesome yet just enough out of the way to be a little bit quiet. This was our first NYC trip and we were glad to be close to everything touristy yet close to the subway so we could explore the city. It’s not a major brand, but don’t let that scare you. It was very well ran."

"All staff members were friendly and helpful at all times - front desk, Elijah, helped make checking in easy and effortless; Housekeeping staff were always pleasant and accommodating - since we always had the "Do Not Disturb" sign out, then would inquire as we left our room if we needed anything - even when other visitors left their food & trash spread out on the floor fronting elevators, the staff cleaned it immediately; Glad there were the Elevator Doormen who checked to make sure only guests passed through; Grateful Tick Tock Diner was open 24/7 - made it easier when we were too tired to stand in long lines; Air conditioning helped to keep our room warm in this nippy weather; hot water for showers was wonderful!"

"The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful and want to make sure your stay is the best it can be. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were welcoming, the cleaning staff were so friendly and amazing and the room was more than we could ask for! This hotel was perfectly located for everything my husband and I wanted to do and see - theatre shows, Central Park, and Times Square. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to NYC"

"My son and I recently stayed at this location. It was during the holiday season so it was very busy but the staff was very attentive. I would like to recognize a staff member named Kevin. He gifted us one evening and it was nothing big but to me it was. He didn’t know that I was stressed a bit during this trip so his gift meant the world to me. I walked away with tears in my eyes.
