The staff was amazing especially everyone I encountered at the front desk - Attentive, helpful . Transportation, directions, recommendations, etc. Good food ( one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had! ), clean hotel, great location. Room was small but NYC!

We had a lovely stay at the Archer Hotel New York. I’ve stayed here once before and it was my Mum’s first time. She was really surprised at how nice it was. It’s very central, perfectly located to go either up or downtown. There are a couple of subway stations very close by and you can easily walk to sights like Rockerfeller Centre or the Empire State Building, as well as shopping on 5th Avenue and at Times Square. The room itself was well appointed - they’re small, yet have everything you’d need. The beds and pillows, especially, were really comfortable. It was great to have a spacious and powerful hot shower. We loved the little treats you get at the end of the day. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again any day of the week.
