The check in and out process was smooth. They had a designated area for early arrival luggage and staff was friendly and quite professional. The room was nicely decorated and was clean all around. The housekeeping staff were excellent and super helpful.

Don’t book

Upon check in we went to our room. Came back down to ask for one we saw that was more like what i ordered online. The concierge lady said we spent 30 minutes in our room its considered occupied and cannot switch it. She then corrected herself when I gave her a room we saw walking back down, first she said thats not what I ordered then she politely said Im sorry that is what you ordered. But because we were in the room 30 minutes (more like 15) she was unable to switch. The view was of another window 2 feet away. The size was half of what i ordered. The toilet broke. The windows were dirty. I just felt gross and claustrophobic as I walked in. My daughter and I both said its one night. Would not stay again.

The location is very good. Staff are very friendly. The rooms are extremely small, half the size of a cruise ship cabin. Felt like a hostel. Very depressing and could not wait to leave the room. It's very small with small window facing an abandoned building. The rooms should be merged 2 in one.

The room was Terrible

The room was very musty and dark. The furniture scratched and old. No Sun no view. It’s not worth the price! It felt like a motel not a hotel. Very disappointed
