Staff was kind and helpful. Only issues were room service didn't get our order right, and there was a guy painting and sanding in the hall at 10:00 PM but that's minor compared to what went well. Nice beds, clean and well-appointed rooms. Little touches that made us smile. Very kind front desk. Nice property. Quiet and centrally located.

Messed up room reservation

I booked a city view king room and got an accessible room looking at the back of buildings ! The front desk lady tried to come up with a ridiculous explanation and offered zero apology nor help I’ve been traveling all over the world and have spent 20 years staying in hotels in nyc - have never had this experience
