Welcome to your own private compound with a yard and amenities that rival a 5 star resort! This extravagant estate is perfect for those looking to experience Arizona in the most luxurious fashion.

One of the most impressive features of this home is the manicured outdoor space. This home has not one, but two pools! The smaller, shallow pool is great for children and pets and it spills over into the large pool that has a water slide, water fall, grotto, and a diving board. The hot tub is completely separate from the pool and located right off of the master with its own water fall and fire features - truly feel like you're at a resort spa! When you're not in the water, you can shoot some hoops on the full basketball court, prepare a meal on the large grill while watching the big game, sit around one of the firepits on a cool evening, or enjoy outdoor activities on the large grass lawn. The possibilities are endless!

The inside space of the home will not disappoint either. At almost 6,500 square feet, there is more than enough room for large groups. Enjoy an authentic movie experience in the indoor theater or partake in a game of ping pong, pool, or air hockey in the attached game room. When the play time is over, the large chefs kitchen in the home is perfect for catering, chefs to prepare large meals, or the group preparing a large feast. The spacious master suite is incredible with its own sitting room, large master bathroom, and patio access directly to the hot tub. With the main home, there is also a guest house that has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and has its own covered patio with BBQ grill.

An Oasis in the Desert

The house is grand in scale and as the photos show, it offers all possible functions for any group of golfers like us or any other large group or family. The property is clearly professionally managed and presented neat and tidy.The back yard is even more grand than the amazing photos. Everyone noted it was like having a private resort. It is so large and presented so many options most of the group could not try everything in five days. When you are in the back yard you hear no road noise or any other sound from the outside world. Just amazing.The host was responsive and great in every way.Every guest said this is the best place we have rented in our 25 years of doing buddy golf trips together.Recommend with no reservations.

Phoenix Family Reunion

Wonderful house for a family reunion of 12! The pool and grounds are spectacular with lots of spaces to connect. The media/game room was a favorite evening gathering place and made for lots of fun memories. We would definitely recommend this house for large groups.

Incredible House & Host!

We stayed here for a week while in Phoenix for a conference & business meetings. We chose this house for our team rather than staying in the conference hotels, and we were not disappointed. Huge house with tons of room to spread out where needed, as well as tons of fun common areas to enjoy together. Very well maintained, and an incredible online house guide to help you take full advantage of all amenities. We also used the personal shopper service to have the house stocked when we arrived, and that was also a wonderful experience and ultra convenient. Can’t say enough good things!

Amazing place to relax with friends!

Every year, a group of my 6 college roommates get together to catch up and hang out - and this was the perfect house. The great outdoor space, amazing pools, plenty of TVs to watch football, a great kitchen, plenty of beds and a luxurious vibe made this our best get-together so far. We had a hiccup with the AV and they had two folks on site to fix it - very responsive. The prep and cleanup rules were not restrictive at all like you see in some places. The house and outdoor area were spotless, and even at 110+ outside it was great to be outside in the pool, at the swim-up bar, watching the games. The only downside of the whole place is that the tech is a little complex since there is so much going on (3 outdoor TVs, a huge home theater, TVs in each room and by the pool table, a spa and two pools), so it takes a little to get the hang of it
but that wasn’t a problem once we got it. I would highly recommend the home and stay here again in the future. It is a little bit of a splurge, but worth every penny!

Great getaway!

We came with two other families and had a blast! The house was clean, it was huge, and fit everyone nicely. Kitchen was well stocked, pool was even bigger than pictured and so was the theatre room. We were there for 4 days and the kids didn’t ever want to leave. Very comfortable, would 10/10 recommend and go back. Thanks so much!

Amazing outdoor space

Overall this was a wonderful stay for our group of adults for a birthday weekend. The outdoor space was amazing and we loved the theatre room. Some of the basic features of the home need to be serviced, which is why our rating is a 4 out of 5. The bbq was not working properly, an outdoor fridge wasn’t working, the ice machine wasn’t working, the bidet in the primary bath was not fully functioning. In general nothing that really impacted our stay (except the bbq), but overall just an “oh this is great that it has this” moment to then “oh it’s not working”. . There was some construction happening behind the home while we were there. The layout was spread out and gave everyone their space. Great for groups. House was very clean and the property management was very responsive

Fantastic Family Oasis

This was a great place to have our mini family reunion. The main great room/kitchen never felt crowded. We loved the privacy, ample outdoor seating areas with plenty of shade that we could transition through out the day. The pool was by far the best part of our trip! Tons of pool toys to entertain the kids were available. Even the grandparents went down the water slide! It was so refreshing. Ample TVs, especially outside, were appreciated and fun for watching the hockey playoff games. The kids loved the game room/theater to escape the sun and take it easy. We appreciated the number of refrigerators for holding food/beverages all week for our large group. The house and grounds were very clean when we arrived. We appreciated the lotion/shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers in each bathroom and in the kitchen. Checkin was easy. The management service was excellent to work with and the house’s information page was very helpful and thorough. We would definitely rent this home again! 5 stars!

Spring time in AZ

The home is amazing and if you are looking for room to relax, this is it. Pool and saunas are excellent and large enough for comfort. First time with a theater room.......I am going to have to invest in one of these. Pool table was in great shape and ping pong table had new equipment. Do it again next year!

The property is gorgeous however the kitchen is ill equipped. The sprinklers in the yard ran for hours making the yard inaccessible . The water temperature and pressure in all bathrooms need to be looked at.

Awesome Adult Getaway

Beautiful home with a lot of amenities and amazing pool and patio area! Had a group of 10 but it can accommodate quite a few more, however, wear and tear on the property is showing in a few areas. One other note is mounted cameras were seen in the patio area, however, no notice of this was received ahead of time.
