Our family really enjoyed our stay at Wears Modern. Seven adults and eight wonderful grandchildren- plenty of room for all of us! The location is amazing! So nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge - but only a short 20 minute drive away!Truly enjoyed our stay and likely will be back next year!!

Fantastic location and view. We loved the fire pit and all 13 of us fit in the large hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated our hosts who were so easy to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation, we all came away with lots of memorable moments including seeing a bear along the roadside on the way to the store. Our favorite places were Townsend Wye, the caverns, and Douglas Lake.

From the very beginning conversations to the end of this trip…all great things to say about this rental! We’ve stayed in a lot of places and this was one of the best. The owners were most helpful. Slight maintenance issue was resolved quickly. The rooms are all decorated beautifully. The house was clean! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was huge…plenty of room for everyone!!! The road/driveway was easy to get up. Loved the pool table for evening games and front covered porch for morning coffee!
