I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is lovely. The staff members are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated, the location is great, and the parking lot is large and the parking fee is reasonable.

"Great hotel in a great location. Staff were un informative on desk and a little pretentious in my opinion. Other members of staff from cleaning staff to parking staff were much better and friendly. We had a 2 bed falls view room which felt more like a suite. The parking is so overpriced at $40 night. You can park across the street for $10 night which if I’d known I would have chosen. Feels like you’re being ripped off with such a big difference in price. I’ve paid much less in LA, NY & Vegas with valet & in and out privileges. "
