"Checked in at 8 PM and asked for an upgrade, but was told the hotel was fully booked. We were then assigned a room that was clearly dirty, already used, and not cleaned or ready for guests. After returning to the front desk, we were assigned a different room — which apparently meant the hotel was not actually fully booked. Once in the new room, I asked for a late checkout due to the inconvenience, but was told I would have to pay an additional fee. There was no consideration or hospitality after the mistake of assigning us a dirty room. I ended up paying for the late checkout anyway. To make matters worse, the new room keys didn’t work, and shortly afterward hotel staff walked into the room without knocking. I called the front desk to report the intrusion, but waited on hold for over 5 minutes with no answer and no callback. Overall, this was a horrible experience. The front desk staff were inconsiderate, unapologetic, and unprofessional. I will not be staying here again."

"The hotel overall was clean and a variety of places to eat. The room was average could use some updating, but clean and housekeeping was on it. I have mixed emotions about customer service. Before we checked into the hotel talking on the phone to the front desk they were extremely rude hung up on not only once but twice before saying thank you or have a good day. But when we checked in, it went smooth. The casino was large and many games available and the breakfast as well. Was for the price decent and yummy. "

"The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. It was nice that they provided complementary coffee machine/coffee but there should be more of everything provided if people didn’t want daily service. Also, I believe breakfast used to be complementary but now , in my opinion, is far too expensive. Would like to visit the lounge/bar at night but was undergoing renovations."
