There was never anyone at the front desk. Disappointed that there was no hot tub. The first laundry had only one set of machines. And the laundry room was dirty.

"The staff were not very helpful. The front desk person didn't let us know that we had to put a parking pass in our car when he gave us our keys. We found out about the parking pass after we got to our room. So we had to go out to our car again! He was also not helpful when we told him the wifi was not working.
The waffle maker was not functioning properly. The insides of the waffles were not cooked through."
